About Shasta Health Rock Star Awards:

 Shasta Health Assessment and Redesign Collaborative (SHARC) is thrilled to honor the Rock Stars in our community who have made outstanding contributions to rural health.

Shasta Health Rock Stars Awards celebrates health care professionals doing exceptional work in Shasta County. Every Year, Rock Stars in the following categories are recognized for providing outstanding healthcare for the under-served:

• Advanced Practice Clinician – Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant.
• Advocate/Leader – An individual who has helped improve the quality of healthcare in our region. This could include access to care, care management, quality of care or health education.
• Allied Health Professional – Medical Assistant, Respiratory Therapist, Dietitian, Physical Therapist, etc.
• Nurse
• Oral Health Professional – Dentist, Hygienist, Dental Assistant, Oral Surgeon, etc.
• Physician
• Young Health Professional – Outstanding professional age 30 or under.
