Service Awards:

Physician Length of Service & Physician Retirement Recognition

SERVICE AWARDS FOR LOCAL PHYSICIANS

One of the goals of the Shasta Health Rock Star program is to recognize local health care professionals who have devoted their careers in service of Shasta County’s underserved populations. Our region’s strength is not only dependent on the availability of health care services to those who can afford them, but is reliant on the quality and affordability of health care services available to all. To that end, we would like to recognize and celebrate those among us who have given their time to this cause.

In conjunction with National Doctor’s Day March 30, 2023, local physicians will be recognized by the local health care community on their 20th, 30th, or 40th year of service, (must be the anniversary year in 2022), and those who are retiring in 2022. These huge milestones in their careers of service to Shasta County’s underserved populations deserve the recognition and celebration of our community. Service awards and retirements will also be highlighted in various newsprint and other media sources. If your organization is interested in celebrating a provider’s anniversary, or recognizing their retirement, please email Amy Cavalleri (amyfindsthejoy@gmail.com) with full names and years of service for each physician. See below for the 2021 and 2020 Service Milestone Awardees.
